Are you a multitasker? We all like to think that we're pretty efficient at doing multiple things at a time. We switch between different work tasks at once, we try and clean the house while disciplining the kids and ordering food over the phone, we put on our clothes while checking Instagram and talking with our partner. All in an attempt to be more productive, have more time, and feel more effective. In today's episode I expose the trap of multitasking, and show you the magic of doing one thing at a time.
