Personal development burnout is the feelings of overwhelm, guilt or obligation that can come up around the self improvement work you're doing to make empowering shifts in your life.
As you work on improving yourself and creating a life you love living, sometimes you can feel shame or judgement around being where you are. The books, courses or podcasts that are meant to help you rise up, are instead creating feelings that are weighing you down.
