No matter what your thoughts are on fasting, one thing that's undeniable is that you currently have some sort of relationship with food, with eating and with your emotions, and they are doing a dance together that's either raising your health or lowering it!
For me, I love fasting as a tool for healing (physically as well as emotionally, mentally and spiritually). I've been turning to fasting on a consistent basis since 2015, and it has changed my life.
