Doomscrolling is when you find yourself deep into an internet or social media hole, looking at posts and stories that leave you feeling anxious, depressed, hopeless, angry, disheartened, but you just cannot seem to break away. Doomscrolling has been going up since the pandemic and racial tensions of 2020, and as a result mental health and emotional health has taken a huge hit.
